Caroline Grossman is the executive director of the Rustandy Center for Social Sector Innovation at Chicago Booth School of Business, where she helps solve complex social and environmental problems. She has led global research partnerships, student engagement initiatives and programs that connect business tools to social impact. Previously, Grossman held roles at Kraft Foods, DePaul University, and the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Product Manager

Operations Manager
An Operations Manager oversees a business or organization's day-to-day operations. They ensure processes run smoothly and efficiently, aiming to optimize productivity and quality.
Development Manager
